Jane and Opa have a certain liking for each other. Ever since she learned how to smile Opa has been able to easily get a smile from her just by saying hi. When I was staying with my parents while The Farmer was off being The Soldier there was one evening Jane was quite upset. Nothing I did would calm her down, which is very unusual. I was sitting with her in the living room Opa came in began to talk to her and stroke her cheek. Jane quieted down almost instantly. Once she was nearly asleep he walked away. Well it didn't take too long and she started crying again. Opa come back and Jane quieted down again. It was such a sweet moment to be apart of. I think both Jane and Opa are quite smitten with each other.
Thanks for the compliments Meagan. I do love that little girl. God gives us the ability to grow our hearts and love bigger all the time. First it was you two girls, next it was your husbands and now the grandchildren. Micah is a special little guy too.
